How do I use the audio programs?
How you use them on a day-to-day basis depends on which kind of program you are using. However, all programs are designed to be used repeatedly. As with any learning process, repetition and consistency are very important. Listen to each program at least once a day for 30 days.
As far as day-to-day use goes, The Love Tapes® and the Effective Meditations™ series are designed to be used when you have time to relax and close your eyes. Can I use more than one at once?
Yes. All of our products are complementary and supportive of one another. You can listen to one today and another tomorrow. Consistent use is the most important thing. Listen to each program at least 30 times.
Does subliminal programming really work and how?

How long is each audio program?
Each program varies in length. However, most programs have a running time between 45 and 78 minutes.
Can my child use these audio programs?
We have several titles that are designed specifically for children: "Self-Image for Children," "Songs for Self-Esteem, Volumes I and II," and "Effective Studying and Test Taking," and "Successful Teens."
Most of our other audio programs, while designed to be used by adults, are also excellent for children. One exception is "The Joy of Loving" which deals with developing healthy sexual relationships.

Can I order over a secure internet connection?
Yes. This is the easiest and quickest way to order. Our Web site uses 128-bit encryption to secure every purchase.
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Once you find an item that you like, click on "Buy Now". The item will stay in your shopping cart until you're ready to check out. You can add as many items to your shopping cart as you like.
How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click on the "View Cart" icon and you will be directed to your shopping cart. Click the box marked "remove" next to the item that you no longer want. Click "update" on the bottom of the page and the item will be removed. You can easily add it back to the shopping cart at a later time.
Will the items in my shopping cart be saved if I have to leave the site?
Yes! If you have registered with Effective Learning Systems, you are automatically given a "member's cart". To save items in your members cart, just make sure that you're logged in to the Web site before closing your browser. Next time you come back to the store, simply login again and all your items will still be in your cart!
Do I have to have a credit card or a debit card? Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
If you are placing an order online, you must use a credit card or debit card. we accept all major credit cards.

Our 14 - day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

All UK & Irish orders have an option to be sent out First Class or Recorded delivery.

European Orders ?

How can I sign up for the Effective Learning Systems email list?

last name and preferred e-mail address. Make sure all letters in your email address are in lowercase.
Then click on the "ADD ME TO LIST" button. Upon signing up, you will
receive a confirmation email from ELS.
How can I remove my name from the Effective Learning Systems email list?
Click on the "Email List" link anywhere on our website. Enter your first name, last name and e-mail address,
